Mountain views were great and very zen atmosphere.
The hotel lacks adequate food options, which was frustrating. After a long day, it was disappointing to find no onsite dining or snacks available. We ended up having to walk quite a distance to find food, which was inconvenient and exhausting.

The staff's attention to detail was impressive, ensuring every question was answered without being intrusive, enhancing the overall relaxing experience. The outdoor onsen provided a serene atmosphere, particularly after a long day, complemented by stunning mountain views. However, accessing the hotel with luggage can be challenging due to the busy road with limited pedestrian space. While breakfast was satisfactory, greater food variety would have been appreciated, given the lack of onsite dining options.

the outdoor onsen was nice, but personally, I woudl have liked a better view instead of tall wooden walls. also, walking from the station was a minor workout, no thanks to the one-person sidewalk. shockingly, no one offered me a complimentary drink or anything special to make up for it. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a fantastic stay! The traditional room with futons was so cozy, and I surprisingly loved the frozen pizza I heated in the mini toaster. Wish there were more pillow options though.
